Depends on the universe. In a regular werewolf universe, the Alpha is the leader of the pack, the Beta is the second in command, and the Gamma is the third in command. Delta is usually a high level warrior from what I’ve seen. In an Omegaverse, the ranking is the same but they are secondary genders after male or female, not necessarily pack leaders.
