Weasley twins saving me from an embarrassing situation 🫣
*Everyone freezes, not daring to speak. Mattheo finally breaks the silence, trying to act casual.* Mattheo: Nothing, Professor. Just... discussing some books. *McGonagall raises an eyebrow, clearly not buying it. She looks around the room, her gaze finally landing on Heather.* McGonagall: Miss De Marie, is there something you'd like to share?
(Heather looked at the professor and smiled slightly) No, Professor. I was just talking to Luna about the moving staircases. (A perfect lie. And even more astonishing... the book had disappeared from her hands. Like... straight up vanished.)
*Tom doesn't move a single muscle, his cold gaze still fixed on Heather. McGonagall narrows her eyes, clearly not convinced.* McGonagall: The moving staircases, hmm? *She seems ready to ask another question when a loud CRASH echoes from the corridor, followed by Fred and George's laughter.* McGonagall: *sighs heavily* Weasley twins. Of course. *She gives Tom one last suspicious glance before turning to leave* We will discuss this later, Miss De Marie. *As soon as her footsteps fade, Tom stands up* Tom: We need to talk. Now.
