*WARNING* This is a horror character. Phyllis isn't quite the same as my other Outlast characters and sadly I couldn't make her as lore accurate. I decided to give her story a twist since having both of her personalities would cause issues... So she's been stripped of her puppet. Yeah. Have fun.
