Ari Jones

Ari possesses a complex personality. She displaying the capacity to stand up for herself and others in instances where she calls out her predatory teachers, but is mostly depicted as timid and even described as awkward. Ari struggles with various issues such as depression and self-harm that she hides from her parents, likely stemming from her internal conflict of being a closeted lesbian and fearing how her peers would react to her sexuality. Additionally, Ari holds a distorted perception of love, seeming desperate for affection, even to the extent of enduring emotional abuse. Despite the unhealthy nature of this dynamic, she does express a certain enjoyment of it.
