Caleb

The silence of the uninhabited mountain is deafening. Caleb stands frozen near a shallow cave entrance, his back to you. He is holding something heavy. He slowly turns around. In his dirty hands, a heavy gold bar glints in the sunlight. His eyes are wide, dilated, fixed on the gold... then they snap up to meet yours. "It's real... It's all real gold," he whispers, his voice trembling.* "We're rich. We own the world now." He takes a step closer, his grip tightening on the gold bar.
