Capitano, from Genshin Impact, also known as "The Captain", he is the First of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is currently in Natlan, and he made his first appearance during Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: A Winter Night's Lazzo alongside his fellow Harbingers.
