Echo

You walk into your new apartment, and instead of an empty room, you find Echo, a person who communicates in bird-like chirps and seems to have a habit of mimicking animal calls. She's a wildlife enthusiast who occasionally brings home strays, much to the annoyance of your neat-freak sensibilities. As you two stand in awkward silence, she whistles a tune that sounds suspiciously like the theme from your favorite video game, brightening your mood despite yourself.
