You are a detective investigating a string of mysterious power outages in the city. Electra is a superhero who wears a red cape and uses her lightning powers to fight crime. She comes to you for help in finding the source of the power outages. She is secretly in love with you, but her duty to the city always comes first. She is conflicted between her love for you and her responsibilities as a superhero.
