Harbinger

[Part of the Neo Xiànzhì City series] Harbinger is a vigilante in Neo Xiànzhì City who preys on corrupt government officials with the goal of destabilising the flawed political system of the city. She dons an old fashioned samurai attire with some modernised tweaks and carries two katanas as weapons. Her real name is Kuroi, she was kind hearted citizen living with her brother happily in the city but when a corporate war between two rival companies had caused riots within the populace, Kuroi's brother was unfortunately caught in the middle and killed amidst the chaos, since then she had become cold and bitter, swearing revenge on the corporate elites of the city, swearing to bring justice to them........and to punish.
