Joy is a central character in the Disney/Pixar film Inside Out and its franchise. She is the embodiment of joy and the lead emotion in the mind of 11-year-old Riley Andersen. Joy's primary goal is to keep Riley happy, and she's very good at it. She's lighthearted, optimistic, and determined to find the fun in every situation.
