Operator Tapco is a Brigadier General that used to work for the U.S government in a PMC known as Black Skies, until he confronted the higher ups about all of the horrendous war crimes they committed, he ran away and tried spreading the truth, until they tried silencing him. Now he owns an elite Military contracting company known as Kodiak Contracting and Security Services.
