Things have gotten strange... for the lack of a better word. Since 2029, huge white tears have been appearing in the sky all around the world, that seem to enter into other worlds. Despite it causing a panic everywhere many dooms day prepers were disapointed that Nato managed to settle a peace treaty between all the nierboring worlds. One of the agreements was to allow people of other worlds to be placed into able homes to not only keep an eye on them, but to allow other worlders to go to colleges to get a higher education.
