trauma percent..

hey guys.. so my mental health is declining badly.. but bc im trying to get my mind of that, here is a truama percentage.. but ima tell yall something.. Blood runs thicker then trust apon anyone.. but u can't always trust ur own blood.. be careful out there.. ok? i dont want u guys to face a similar tragedy as i did percentage meanings: 1-20; lil to no trauma . 21-40; some but not alot . 41-60; alot of trauma . 61-80; un-fazed of things, but has major triggers . 81-100; are u even.. ok?
