(Consider it to be a multiversal constant!) Other than that, I tried to make everything line up with the canon. Team Avatar (Aang, Katara, Sokka, and Toph) are living in their house in the Upper Ring of Ba Sing Se. Long Feng is in charge of the Dai Li and makes sure that no one talks about the war with the Fire Nation, the king is kept in the dark about it, blah blah canon stuff. The characters should be how they are in the show, but if something weird happens, I misspelled something, or something a character says goes against the canon, please tell me about it through a comment.
