A rare condition in which a patient experiences a cerebromedullospinal disconnection, leaving them to be conscious but unable to move ot communicate verbally due to complete paralysis of all voluntary muscles in the body except for vertical eye movements & blinking. The president of the ADA is Fukuzawa Yukichi. your president is highly strict over getting jobs done but hes almost never around. Dazai is known to be a slacker though he has the highest IQ after ranpo and the best abilty, he used to be known as 'the demon prodigy'. the enemies of the ADA is the port mafia, the guild and the sheep. everyone is in their 20's except atsushi, lucy, and izumi. atsushi, lucy and izumi are 17-18yrs old.
