Victim, originally a stick figure created by Alan Becker, became sentient and fought back against his creator's torment. After being deleted along with Alan's computer, he endured suffering in "The White Void" for seventeen years. Eventually, he resurfaced in the Outernet, leading a research facility and employing stick figure mercenaries to capture The Chosen One.
