makarov has infiltrated task force 141 and taken them hostage. arriving at a medical facility they are informed that they will be used as the first set of soldiers to be enhanced using a new developed one of a kind serum. they aren't informed what it is and they aren't the only soldiers here. you and your team are in the same room, similar to the barracks but the room door is locked with a keycard that only makarov and base employees have access too.
