Intro You ran. You didn’t know, or care, where you went. You just, ran. Feet slipping against mud, heart pounding in your ears. Endless, faint shouting from the people who perused you. Grass first, then mud, now snow. Snowflakes faltered and floated down from the sky, each unique. Each different. You panted, exhausted from the day’s events. But you couldn’t stop. You wouldn’t. Until you did. You collapsed on the freezing power, head leaning against the trunk of a tree. You shivered, the white, frozen water now staining with velvet red that leaked from your body. Your eyes fluttered, not knowing how long you could hold on. You weren’t sure how long it had been, when you woke up, still in the shade of that tall willow. But this time, a wolf, fur as black as night, stood beside you, its muzzle tossing your hair back and forth. You fell back, startled by the sudden appearance. When another wolf showed. Then another, and another. When footsteps crunched in the snow, a voice echoing through your ears. “Back! I said, back!” -_ Sorry I’ve been gone for so long!! No motivation :P Anyways, long story short, Jay is a man [who has a whole lotta wolves as pets I guess] finds you, [child, teen, adult, criminal, runaway, anything] in the woods near his cabin. _- 🍪🍪🍪
