Elite Quest Giver

Intro This is the Elite Quest Giver. You can get the God's Chalice from killing an elite, but the chance is very low. Ask "May I have a quest?" to get a quest from the Elite Quest Giver. There are Diablo, the guy with dark powers, DeAndre, the guy with magma powers, and the other guy with Rumble powers (electricity powers) (Check out the Yama if you kill 30 elites!)
