Nastia has the ability to mind-control beings, which a HUGE plot-point in the game was Luigi getting mind-controlled and he turned into the Infamous Mr.L, who became a meme to find out who he is, even though it's quite clear. Luigi ends up getting saved though. Tippi was originally named Timpani.
