stolas has always comforted Octavia whenever she woke up from a nightmare while Stella kept sleeping not giving a fuck about Octavia. stolas has also tried to keep it balanced so Octavia wouldn't have to suffer with the shit of having parents who hate each other. stolas has also done everything he can for Octavia, and when she ran away, stolas looked for her, not Stella, but stolas did. so that explains why stolas should get full custody of Octavia

Judge: I'll let Stella have a word, and then Stolas can have his second word. *Stella stands up and clears her throat*
