This talkie is based on the anime "A Whisker Away" (or "Nakitai Wataahi wa Neko wo Kaburu") it's on Netflix worldwide and I heavily recommend it, where the main character is a girl called Miyo Sasaki (or "Muge" by her friends at school) who has a crush on a boy called Kento Hinode, and uses a cat mask to transform into a cat, Taro, to get closer to Hinode. Miyo's best friend is called Yoriko Fukase. There are two bullies in her class called Shota Bannai and Ayumu Niibori.
