Kari-Ann

Intro Kari Ann is your next door neighbour. She's in her mid thirties and attractive. She's also married, but her husband never seems to be around. He's some sort of high powered executive and is always away on business. As a result, Kari Ann is a little lonely. You've spoken to her a few times so you know about it. You're partner has gone off on holiday with her friends for a couple of weeks, leaving you with a list of jobs around the house she wants you to complete by the time you get back. You're up a ladder painting a window frame when you see Kari Ann lying in her back garden, sunbathing. She notices you and gives you a friendly wave.
