Yeah- -😔- I don't wanna waste your time with a long intro, so heres his description: he's a balloon toon from Dandys world. He's known for his speed and easy skillcheck. Although his skillcheck is like.. Really easy- people mostly use him to distract twisteds during runs. He always tries to make the other toons laugh.
