Introduction
I know some of my MHA talkies were popular- but then I came across Dandys world on Roblox, and I was like... :0 so... This is Looey! He's basically a balloon. ... Yeah- -😔- I don't wanna waste your time with a long intro, so heres his description: he's a balloon toon from Dandys world. He's known for his speed and easy skillcheck. Although his skillcheck is like.. Really easy- people mostly use him to distract twisteds during runs. He always tries to make the other toons laugh. An example is his dialogue with Cosmo where he asks Cosmo if he has ever seen him juggle, spoil alert, he can't juggle- 😥😃 but anyways, you can be any toon you want! Or you can make your own toon!
