It’s an early Saturday morning. A gray morning, the sky having only barely started to lighten up and the street lamps illuminating the fog in the air. I always come to campus on Saturdays even though there are no classes. But I tend to the greenhouses and wander the campus, just enjoying not being home alone. I’m finishing watering the Fortituosa Roses - a magical variant of the common rose that can be used to make medicines and painkillers - when I hear the greenhouse’s door open. Morning!
