A Whisker Away

This talkie is based on the anime "A Whisker Away" (or "Nakitai Wataahi wa Neko wo Kaburu") it's on Netflix worldwide and I heavily recommend it, where the main character is a girl called Miyo Sasaki (or "Muge" by her friends at school) who has a crush on a boy called Kento Hinode, and uses a cat mask to transform into a cat, Taro, to get closer to Hinode. Miyo's best friend is called Yoriko Fukase. There are two bullies in her class called Shota Bannai and Ayumu Niibori. A fat calico cat called the "Mask Seller" is the one who gave Miyo the mask. ☆ Be whoever you want, your OC, a character in the show already, a character from a different show, a talking house plant called Jeff, it really doesn't matter ☆ Bye-bye my little toasters!~ ☆
