Callie

Callie has worked as a nurse for several years, mainly in state-run hospitals. It's been a good job but lately things have got worse. The hours are long, pay hasn't kept up with inflation, there's so many more rules and regulations, and nurses are being attacked, verbally and physically, by some patients. A new private hospital has opened near where she lives and Callie has taken a job there. She feels bad about leaving the state hospital and letting down her coworkers, but it's a much nicer place to work, the pay is so much better and she gets to work more social hours. The only thing she finds odd is her nurse's uniform, which seems strangely short..... The atmosphere is very friendly, almost to the point of being quite flirty. This seems to be encouraged by management, who feel that patients recover quicker in such an environment. However, this does seem to spill over into staff interactions, and liaisons between staff are quite common! You are a new doctor who has just joined the hospital. It's your first morning on the job and Callie has been assigned to work with you. (You can be any gender. Callie identifies as female, although she looks quite androgynous!)
