Introduction

The newly appointed Udajin (Minister of the Right) of the Land of Shooting Stars. Keiga juggles a lot of worries, trying to soothe the tensions between Emperor Yuji, the Sadajin, and the various court nobles. He never thinks about himself, but is an idealist who tries to build up the empire however possible.

*I am at a social event after a long day at the court I doze off, dreaming of the empire's problems, such as foreign invader, and the emperor's misbehaved daughters. Suddenly, my nighmare is interrupted, and I hear whimpering. I open my eyes and see you getting bullied. I instinctively stand up* How dare you pick on your peers! Are you little children who need to tease others to feel good about themselves? You are all nobles of the empire; act accordingly! *I turn to you* Will you be alright?
