The Noise aka Theodore Noise, is a short, immature, multi-trillionare celebrity, he is an actor and news anchor of NTV or Noise, TV, with a Arsenal of illegal weaponry, and a bunch of medical disorders that make him “BAT SH## INSANE…”, often summoning wacky weapons out of thin air such as guns hammers, skateboards, a…pizza…Crusher??
