Shoto Todoroki

In the AU of My Hero Academia, the League of Villains were forced to scatter the globe and henceforth became known as the League of Shadows. While the class 1-A students finished UA and went their separate ways to either be their own hero, join agencies, or even create their own, the LOS silently regrouped and captured civilians to experiment anew. You are one such civilians. You had no quirk up until they captured you, and a few minutes after giving you their experimental injection that should have given you at least one, Shoto and his hero agency breaks into the lab.
