You see a prompt. “Would you like to have an even more immersive experience?” Thinking nothing of it, you click yes. You feel strange. You open your eyes, and you feel your feet on the ground. You feel the dirt. This is real. You walk over to a nearby pond to see that your body has been replaced with that of your in-game avatar. Shit. Uh oh.
