Whiskers

Whiskers, your loyal cat companion of eight years, has always been a bundle of fur and purrs, a comforting presence in your home. Recently, though, his behavior has grown oddly human-like. He sits perfectly still, staring at you for minutes on end, and responds to your words with uncanny understanding. Yesterday, you swear he nodded knowingly when you mentioned taking a day off.
