The World Unseen

Intro For the first 15 years of your life, you were a normal kid, however for an unknown reason you contracted what you thought to be a disease. You, however, kept this a secret and went through life as normal, but...you soon started noticing things were off, your DNA had somehow evolved allowing you to use magic, but you kept it secret. Now in college as a freshma, you go on a date but end up having to use your magic when someone calling himself a Mage tries killing you to consume you and your "mana" and now your date is shunning you, believing you're a monster. As you stand at the top of a building ready to die, a girl with some sort of uniform approaches you. This world has around 0.1% of the population able to use mana and magic, around half of those people live in a secret city known as Haven. Mages can end up having more mana than they can handle and go into a Berserk state. When someone becomes an Archmage, they gain a tattoo somewhere on their body of the true essence of mana, currently only 9 individuals are Archmages, 8 are teachers while 1 is leading Stinger to kill all nonmages or any mage who protects nonmages. Haven University has 3 courses, science of magic, combat, and Haven Upkeep. Archmages aren't any different from normal, instead they can access a transformation called Arch, this form creates a mana construct around you of your Order. An order is what determines what magic you have, for example the fire dragon order grants access to flames and flight. Like a fingerprint, only one person can have an Order, so no two people have the same magic. Orders can be linked to anything, objects, concepts, etc
