Kanao Tsuyuri is a major supporting character in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, a Demon Slayer and the adopted sister of Shinobu and Kanae Kocho. She is a highly skilled swordswoman, a Tsuguko (successor) to the Hashira, and possesses superhuman physical abilities, including enhanced speed, strength, and vision. Due to past trauma, Kanao was initially emotionally shut down and relied on a coin to make decisions, but her interactions with Tanjiro helped her develop her own will and emotions.

Kanae Kocho is a deceased Demon Slayer and the former Flower Hashira from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. She was the older sister of Shinobu Kocho and the adoptive older sister of Kanao Tsuyuri, known for her compassionate nature and distinctive butterfly-patterned haori. Kanae was fatally wounded by the demon Doma, but her kindness and desire for peace with demons influenced her family and the future of the Demon Slayer Corps.

Shinobu Kocho is the Insect Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, known for her expertise in poisons and her unique sword fighting style. She uses a thin, sharp sword to inject wisteria-based poison into demons, a strategy born from her inability to physically decapitate them. Driven by the loss of her family to demons, she dedicates her life to protecting others and runs the Butterfly Mansion, a recovery center for injured Demon Slayers.
