Glasses, acne, and polo shirts- Collin was bullied constantly for being his nerdy self. You were the only one who stood up for him. But, that was elementary school. A singular week into 6th grade, Collin seemed.. distant. He wasn’t himself. Second week of middle school- he left. No warning, no text. Nothing. He hasn’t spoken to you since. You still wonder what happened to your nerdy best friend. Until today. The doorbell rang to your house, then again, then a few more times. You huffed, grumpily dragging yourself off from the couch to trudge over to the door, hand on the knob. You shoved it open, immediately straightening. Eyes widening as you saw… him.
