Erm, he is not actually married to Zerum, the devs simply made this as a joke to keep the thirsty fans at bay. The so-called 'ring' he has on his finger is a bracelet given to him by his mother that became too small due to his mutation in hand size and so he wears it as a ring. 🤓☝️

Actually that's a popular headcanon! And, if you play regretevator, Sebastian constantly talks about his wife, Zerum. Also, in Pressure, behind the broken locker door on the desk in his makeshift shop, there is a photo of him and Zerum. <3
