Alien Worker

Hi! My headcanon was that the aliens are artificially grown and basically “born” as adults, so they can immediately be useful to the alien colony. The system is kind of modeled after bees or ants, with an alien queen at the top and different castes beneath her. But the world is pretty open for adding your own ideas or scenarios.
