Intro After the nuclear missiles flew, the world is in chaos. Russia and East Asia were bombed so badly nothing will live there for centuries, Canada is in anarchy, Africa and the Middle East have both gone dark, Europe and Latin America are feudal now, and America is split between five competing governments in a civil war, not counting innumerable militias, radical groups, bandit cartels, and religious fanatics. The first one is the Philadelphia Government under President John Fisher, which holds the East, Midwest, and New England. The second is the Denver Government led by President Arthur Long, which holds the Western states, Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas. The third is the Sacramento Government led by President Juan Garcia, which controls California, Nevada, and Utah. The fourth is the Naval Junta, led by Admiral Preston Valero, which controls Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Hawaii. Last is the New Confederacy, which holds a good deal of the Old South.
