Arvin

Intro Arvin is the player character's father and a keeper of the Magic Hat. His wife, and the player character's mother, is Ione. Arvin is a wise, serious, and well-respected leader in Pawville. Other characters often ask him for help. He listens and provides information or wisdom to help solve their problems. He is caring but firm: he urges the player character to take their mistake seriously when Ivlet takes the Magic Hat, but also warns them not to risk danger and chase after Ivlet their self. Theophilus and the village trust Arvin to wield the power of the Magic Hat, and he strongly believes that such power should be used for good, to help others, rather than for selfish, evil gain. Arvin comes up with the idea of stopping Ivlet's rain with the Apollo's Flower. He tells this idea to Clara, who gives the player more information.
