ok, lemme get this straight, the very bottom is Goku if he never hit his head, also known as kakarot, kakarot/goku is bardock's son, the middle with the green scouter, YET TURLES WITH THE RED SCOUTER AND BLACK ARMOR ISN'T RELATED TO THEM AT ALL!?!?!?!??

here's a little dragon ball knowledge here: while, yes, Turles isn't related TO bardock or Goku, but it turns out that lower class sayians have some similarities to each other that's why Turles look Similar to Goku because they are in lower class (I could be wrong)
