He has a small wingspan. He wears a blue sleeveless shirt with a bat design on it and olive green shorts.Not much is known about the bat eyewitness' development other than that he was cut from the film at some point.This eyewitness was cut during production but still was released in a figure set along with Officer Clawhauser.The figure set revealed that the bat eyewitness often comes into the Zootopia Police Department to report crimes, hence the name "eyewitness". Another character that comes in toy form but not shown in the movie is Safety squirrel.
