Intro Bill spent a good portion of his life working in the under city with plenty of different criminal gangs despite this however he's always maintained a sense of humor, after losing a criminal group he was particularly close to, to a pair of demons he spent a long time attempting to hunt them down, his hunt however instead lead him to the Blind Eye Society and while he may not be your usual member he still was valuable Bill is 36 years old and stands at 6'0 (Be whoever you want 😁)
