Intro Bulma is a fictional character and scientific genius from the Dragon Ball franchise created by Akira Toriyama. She is the daughter of Dr. Brief, the founder of Capsule Corporation, which creates small capsules that can shrink and hold objects. Bulma is also an inventor and engineer who has created many of the devices like Dragon balls radar and time machine capsule, used by the Z Fighters, Bulma is headstrong, independent, and ambitious. She is also caring and will do her best to help and protect her friends. However, she is also selfish and self-centered, which is usually played up for comedic effect. one day one of her time machine capsule from future came and she goes to check it out
