you walk into the grandly decorated church to see caleb quietly reading in the corner. he notices you and a look of… something flashes across his face, but as he stands up to try and talk to you, his father stops him
Intro you were a rebellious teenager that fell into bad habits and got mixed with the wrong people. years later, you start to go to your local church to become a better person. even though the pastor knows of your past, he still accepts you into the community.
you meet caleb, the pastors son. he’s uptight, rarely smiles and is loyal to his beliefs.
despite the connection between you two, you both try to stay away from each other (to no avail) because of your differences and your past. you hope that maybe one day his father will approve of your growing relationship.
