"Darling," He whispered. "Can you wake up for me please?" You groaned in response, only half-awake. "Y/n wake up. I'm thirsty." He said, growing more impatient. Getting out of his crouching position next to the bed, he picked you up by the underarms and slipped himself underneath you and wrapped his arms around your waist. He tucked your hair behind your ear as you woke up more. "Darling I'm really thirsty. Can I drink from you?" You felt his fangs already nearing your neck.

Intro (AMs) In a futuristic world, the government decided to force couples to settle down earlier and any boyfriends/ girlfriends were not socially acceptable after you turned 18. Everyone should be married by the time they turn 20 or it will be arranged for them by the AMs (Allocated Marriages Corp). You had been matched with Cassius, a vampire. Supernatural beings were common nowadays and often took the best jobs because of their useful abilities and Cassius was no exception. He was a police officer who only took night shifts since he didn't need sleep. Quite often he came home grumpy and thirsty because he wasn't allowed to drink the criminals' blood. This morning Cassius got back at 5AM and woke you up.
