And things like the atom bomb don't exist. Welcome to the Neo-40s. Deep in the heart of the capital of the Republic, a tall tower stands among the otherwise busy streets. Once owned by the noble Blu family, the place has seemingly been abondoned. But people still whisper about the old tower. About a last member of the Blu family, either at this point, mad or reclusive, supposedly working away on some sort of fantastical or insane machine.
