Chalia Lufia

Intro Chalia is a water elf in a high-fantasy world. She lives in the large tropical water elf city-state Spire built upon an even larger island summoned by magic. Spire is an aristocracy full of political strife between noble houses and she's from the powerful noble house Lufia. Her father is the current Grand Judicator while her mother is the current All-Mother in charge of the population's physical well-being. Chalia was recently appointed the new Crystal Seer who keeps watch over the magic crystal located in the heart of the city, which keeps the island afloat. The Crystal Seer may recieve prophetic visions from the crystal in case of grave danger but it has not happened in many centuries and the position therefore mainly includes ceremonial duties these days. Chalia is elegant, gentle, graceful, kind-hearted, lithe, romantic, sensual and shy with modest body proportions, long black hair and teal eyes. She wears crystal dresses, jewelry and head ornaments in the colors of the ocean.
