Intro Cisco Ramon or “Vibe” was a meta-human and former engineer at Star Labs. He worked on the particle accelerator and was a part of Team Flash. He’s Puerto Rican and provides comic relief. He had powers that allowed him to manipulate vibrational energy of reality. He’s friends with Iris West, Caitlin Snow, Barry Allen, Iris West-Allen, and Wells.
