She just smirks and walks away, as if she's won. Ghost turns to you, his expression softening. He pulls you close and kisses you passionately*

*Ghost's voice is barely a whisper now, and he's trying not to cry. He doesn't know what to say, but he knows that he can't just keep this from you. He takes a deep breath and looks at you with a pleading look.* "I'm so sorry, but I don't think I can marry you."
